How it works 
- Initial Discovery Call - A friendly no obligation chat to understand your vision and discuss how we can make your special day truly unique.
- Questionnaire - A detailed questionnaire to capture your story, preferences, and all the little details that make your family special.
- In-Person Meeting - We'll always meet in person to dive deeper into your ceremony plans and get to know each other better. This personal touch ensures your ceremony is tailored to your unique story and preferences.
- Support with readings, poems and Symbolic Elements – I can suggest and advise how to incorporate readings, poems and symbolic elements.
- Script and Ceremony Delivery - I will create a personalised script tailored to your unique story. I only ever deliver one ceremony in a day so I can be flexible and completely fit around your timings.
- Bespoke Stationary - to add a special touch to your ceremony, I offer beautifully designed naming day certificates and printed readings that match your chosen theme.
- Photography and highlight reel (See below for more info!)
On the day
On the day of your ceremony, I'll ensure ample time for preparation and coordination. I'll provide clear instructions and guidance to your guests, outlining their roles and responsibilities for the occasion.
Ahead of the ceremony, I'll liaise with any designated "guide parents" or mentors, briefing them thoroughly on their involvement. During the ceremony, I'll deliver a personalised and memorable naming day experience, incorporating all the unique elements we've discussed.
Additionally, you'll receive a beautifully crafted naming day certificate as copy of your script as a memento of your special day.
Memories
Looking to preserve the memories of your naming ceremony? I also offer exclusive photography and videography service! I will capture the essence of your ceremony with photos and cinematic footage. Included in my ceremony package, you'll receive a professionally edited showreel with the highlights of your special day.
Additionally, all images and videos will be provided to you on a memory stick for your keepsake collection. See below for an example from a recent ceremony.

Travel expenses are charged over 40 miles from Colchester, Essex, at 50p per mile.
